Investor FAQ1. What is the legal status of the company and fiscal year end?
Solar3D, Inc. is a Delaware corporation with a year end of December 31.
2. Why has the number of shares in my brokerage account decreased?
Our company has gone through a corporate restructuring that included a 1-for-5 reverse split. If you held shares in a brokerage account, the number of shares has been reduced for a factor of 5. If you held shares in certificate form, you can contact our transfer agent to obtain a new Solar3D certificate with the corrected number of shares. If you have held your certificate for a long time, there may be other reverse splits that further reduced the number of shares beyond the factor of 5 described here.
